eServiceParts.com stands behind the quality and condition of all merchandise sold. All products are covered by the eServiceParts.com 30 day warranty.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
eServiceParts.com.com offers the following Returns Policy: Arrangements for a return must be made within 30 days of the date the item is shipped. Returned items that are not defective will be charged a restocking fee of 15%, and shipping will not be refunded. Alternatively, we will provide 85% of the purchase price in store credit for your returned item. ($5.00 minimum still applies.) If you return a new item that has been opened and is not defective, we will use the price of an equivalent used item to determine the refund amount, and will charge the restocking fee mentioned above. Please contact our Customer Service department for an RMA number at mailto: customerservice@eServiceParts.combefore sending anything to us. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. All packages received without an RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To request an RMA please contact customerservice@eServiceParts.com or call 1-866-439-8117 to request an RMA, please provide an order number, your name, a contact phone number and email address, and the reason for a return request. RMA numbers will be issued immediately after your request is received and reviewed.
Once you receive an RMA Number please repackage the item securely and be sure to copy your RMA number on to the return packaging exactly as it appears to avoid delays or complications in processing the return or exchange. eServiceParts.com will not issue replacements/ refunds unless the item is received in stated condition. Requests for Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be reported within warranty period; warranties begin on item ship date. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to process and a replacement to ship or a refund to be issued.
What happens if I refuse my order?
If your order has been shipped and is refused by you at time of delivery without any prior notification, there will be a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
More return information
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the unwanted product within 30 days from the original invoice date. Product returns subject to industry standard 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement cost deducted from refund for open consumable items such as toner, ink, printheads, batteries and media.
Defective items are eligible for repair/service or exchange directly through the 30 days eServiceParts Warranty at no cost to you. Please contact us at 1-866-439-8117. Returns due to technical malfunction can only be accepted on items diagnosed defective by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's Technical Support Department. Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs paid to freight carriers and restocking or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. These charges provide no benefit to eServiceParts.com and are entirely beyond our control. The eServiceParts.com Customer Care team stands ready to assist with warranty service, exchange and repair if any item proves defective.
Return Process
eServiceParts.com cannot accept any product return without first receiving a completed RMA request form. Manufacturers are the definitive resource for the products they design, develop, fabricate and service. Once an item has been diagnosed as defective by the manufacturer, please provide the Case ID number or Issue Number when submitting an RMA request to customerservice@eserviceparts.com.
